SVN Commercial Partners continued its strategic growth initiatives by adding five new commercial real estate professionals to their roster on both coasts of Florida. SVNCP recently opened its sixth office in West Palm Beach with the addition of Managing Director Spero Adamis, a thirty-year CRE executive along with long-time partner and Senior Advisor Joe Grody. Both industry veterans specialize in site selections and occupier services for the retail and hospitality sector on a national basis.
SVNCP also added Michael Barashick a South Florida native and recent Florida State graduate to the ROI Group, the active investment sales team based out of the Boca Raton office. Yet another addition, Lydia Montaigne joined the Boca Raton office and will be working with Managing Partner Scott Maesel, focusing on industrial leasing in Palm Beach and Broward counties. The Sarasota office added former professional volleyball player, college decathlete, and 20-year real estate veteran Ben Shamrokh. Ben will join David Carlson, another professional athlete who is off to a blistering start with the firm.
“It’s exciting to see such rapid growth for our team on both the east and west coasts of Florida. We are fortunate to add five commercial real estate practitioners with such diverse backgrounds and all with very specific disciplines. The different backgrounds and skill sets compliment the SVN brand, our “Deliberately Different™” culture and our growing presence in the marketplace.” Said Managing Partner Scott Maesel.
