SVN Commercial Partners Facilitates $5.5M Sale of Former Bru’s Room at 5460 W Hillsboro Blvd
The ROI Group of SVN Commercial Partners, led by Elon Gerberg, Adam H. Klein, and Cleveland Sainpreux, has successfully brokered the sale of the former
Bru’s
Room at 5460 W Hillsboro Blvd for $5.5 million ($416 per square foot). The property, located just east of the prominent intersection of N State Road 7 and W Hillsboro Blvd, was acquired by David Baldwin, the owner and operator of Kaluz Restaurant.
Klein and Gerberg navigated this highly competitive deal, highlighting the significant demand for prime restaurant locations in South Florida.

Klein added.
Kaluz Restaurant, known for its modern American cuisine and sophisticated dining experience, plans to demolish the existing structure and construct a new restaurant on the nearly 2-acre site.
This
equates to a land value of $2.82 million.
