  • VMN Group LLC purchased an 8,264 square-foot retail plaza at 830-890 SW 27th Ave in Fort Lauderdale, FL from Wonderful Me Hair Design Inc. for $1,200,000. Cleveland Sainpreux, Elon Gerberg, and Adam H. Klein of SVN Commercial Partners facilitated  the transaction between both parties .

  • Undisclosed Buyer purchased 9.34 acres of vacant land located at 3142 Johnston Rd. in Fort Pierce, FL from Mango Acres Inc. for $540,000. Brandon Bollig of SVN Commercial Partners facilitated the transaction between both parties.
